Each ruffle is hand made and textured from fondant and applied layer by layer, in various shades of white and ivory. Once dry, each edge of the ruffle is hand painted in edible 24K gold paint and then 24K gold leaf is placed amongst the layers. This cake is perfect for any occasion whether it be a Wedding, Anniversary, Baby or Bridal Shower, Engagement, Christening or Communion, or Birthday Celebration.
