Our Puddings come in one size and serve 10-15 people.
Instructions: Unwrap pudding and place in boiling water and steam for approximately 2 hours. To serve, remove from steamer, take off lid, put a plate on top and turn it upside down, give the plastic basin and little squeeze to help release the pudding. Remove the basin and enjoy!

Microwave: Remove lid, place pudding in microwave for 30 seconds, remove from microwave, put a plate on top and turn it upside down, give the plastic basin and little squeeze to help release the pudding, cover with cling film & place back into the microwave for 4 minutes on medium heat. Unwrap the pudding carefully and serve!
